Case Studies

During the COVID-19 shutdown, industries faced major disruptions, forcing tough staffing, budget, and federal assistance decisions. I was hired as a freelancer by a national financial services provider to write case studies on how 14 of their clients addressed these challenges. After interviewing case managers, I created case studies that were compiled into a digital booklet and shared with clients nationwide. Below are the individual case studies I wrote.
